CONDITIONS AND REMARKS:
The party is willing to pay the service charge within seven days after receiving our debit note.
The daily documents or samples, letters, parcels and etc. cannot be more than 1 kg, otherwise,
every single unit have to charge HK$10.Any fraction of a kg will be rounded up to the next kg.
For order over 35cm x 40cm x 20cm, we will charge size height cm x wide cm x length cm
/ 5000 x HK$10. (We will charge the large amount between item 2 and item2.)
For all non-commercial and non-industrial zones (residential zones), additional
HK$ 20.00/up will be charged per order.
Charges for all special zones are listed on a separate sheet attached hereto for your record.
Order finished within one hour, every single unit have to charge HK$ (120.00)
Order finished within two hours, every single unit have to charge HK$(100.00)
Order finished within four hours, every single unit have to charge HK$ (65.00)
- All the additional charge such as urgent charge, over-weight charge
(same flat, building …),
over-size chargeand special zone charge cannot be replaced by order.
Order to any Department or Bank, every single counter will be charged counts
as one order.
The collecting courier time cannot be exceeded over 10 minutes,
we will charge every 15 minutes for one urgent service fee: four hours
- All the orders if relate to illegal goods, we can refuse to collect and deliver.
For those valuable goods and large amount of cash/cash check, we can refuse to deliver.
For any losses and damages of documents, samples, letters, evidently will be paid according
to its value withamount not exceeded HK$ 1000.00 only, natural disaster, robbery, traffic
accident are excluded in or responsibility.
One month advance written notice should be given to us if the Client wish to terminate our
services or alternatively one month charge in lieu of advance notice.
