We also provide a retrieval, and delivery service, either the same or next day or, should a matter of urgency arise, an "immediate delivery". Requests for retrieval can be made by fax or phone. On actual delivery, any items to be returned to storage will be collected simultaneously. With our fully managed service you are still welcome to have authorized personnel visit our site to sort through your boxes.

- Standard Service: Your package is delivered in 4 hours within the service zone.
- Pick up : On call - Monday to Friday : 09:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Fax - 09:00 a.m.-13:30 p.m.
- Delivery : Same day 14:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.
- Return : Next day - 09:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
